Workshops & Courses
The way we communicate shapes everything—our relationships, our work, our peace of mind.
Yet most of were never taught how to navigate difficult conversations, to express our needs clearly, or to listen in ways that build connection.
This gap creates misunderstandings, conflict, and isolation that harm our wellbeing and limit our ability to address shared challenges.
Drawing on Marshall Rosenberg’s Nonviolent Communication, I offer workshops and courses that teach practical skills in a warm, supportive setting.
You can read all the self-help books you want—but understanding or thinking your way to better communication isn’t enough.
True skill comes from practicing together in a supportive space.

This is a great course for understanding your underlying needs beneath discomforts you are having in your relationships and have tools for how to communicate those effectively as well as hear the corresponding needs from others. Helpful tools for getting out of blame and shame into mutual understanding and cooperation.

This course offered a comprehensive overview of NVC and included practice exercises that brought NVC methods into real life. It has shifted my approach to difficult conversations--less dread, more consciousness, better connection. It provided real tools that I'll always have now! Feeling grateful to Haley for both her teaching and her modeling of this material.
